Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase Overview: - This is a one time payment of £3.50, which allows you to join the 'Open Mic Night' you have selected. - Your access will be granted via a Zoom link, sent to your email address.​ 2. Non-refundable policy: - All payments made are non-refundable. - Any sessions that you do not attend or that you cancel, for any reason, are non-refundable. ​ 3. Prohibited audio/video recording: - You are strictly prohibited from making recordings during the open mic night. - The sessions will be recorded by Ellie Moorhouse and you may request your performance recording after the session if you would like a copy. 4. Governing law: - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. - - Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
